In 2021, Befouled Tongue emerged from the depths of hell, born from the creative mind of vocalist Isaiah Driscoll as he sought to create a commanding vocal presence in the metal community through this solo project.
The band later expanded its lineup, bringing in former writer Harry Tadayon (now a member of Worm Shepherd) and drummer Zack Towne, whose savage and aggressive style complemented the band’s immersive heaviness, contributing to driving the band’s success with their first hit single, “Between The Realms.”
